We believe in taking a holistic approach to health care that considers the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of participants, by offering tailored community programs that aim to prevent mental health illness, and offer a sense of stronger community.
MY MENTAL™ aims is to strengthen community connectivity, and add social value to locals within Bunurong Country. We emphasise on social wellbeing, focusing on assisting people with psychosocial barriers, with inclusion in our group programs, that support social connection in a healthy and natural environment.
Half of our business profits go back into supporting free programs for schools and communities with the MY MENTAL™ Social Fitness Program.
